The
2004 Greater Washington, DC ISES EXPO was a record-breaking
success. Held on Thursday, November 18 at the newly
opened Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference
Center, the EXPO featured over 500 attendees, 50 exhibitors,
and 4 great educational sessions. Those in attendance
networked with other event, meeting, tourism and hospitality
professionals from ISES, PMPI, GWSAE Network, NACE and
the Montgomery County Convention & Visitors Bureau;
met event suppliers that provided inspiring ideas for
their next event; and learned good information on tough
love, selling, theme entertainment and entertainment
production.
According
to a few of the post-event survey responses, attendees
had this to say about the EXPO:

would definitely attend again. Kudos to the organizers!”

was over all a good experience and I'll do it again

good speakers. Loved the Expo. I can't wait to find
an event to use the ice sculpture, chocolate fountain
and the interactive robot. I already have events that
I can use Plant's Alive and the Lighting. Great event.”
