Over 150 ISES DC members gained a unique insight into the remarkable, edgy culinary innovations that characterize one of Washington’s premiere caterers from Susan Lacz, Principal and CEO of Ridgewells. In addition to Ridgewells’ award-winning cuisine, the event featured the George Washington University’s new conference center on 1957 E. Street, NW. The center’s beautiful City View has a wrap-around balcony and a magnificent view of the Washington Monument and the DC Capitol.
