Responsibilities:
· Establish a working relationship with client to consist of regularly scheduled team meetings and daily communication
· Develop a comprehensive project timeline for all aspects of the event
· Manage multiple staff assigned to the account and maintain constant communication as a working team
· Manage consultants
· Responsible for general administrative tasks
· Create and manage budgets
· Negotiate contracts with vendors
· Conduct walkthroughs at venues with clients and vendors
· Coordinate and manage tastings with hotels/caterers for the client
· Work with designers, printers and mail houses on printed materials
· Create event ‘minute to minute’ schedules
· Research, hire and manage all vendors for events
· Manage on-stage technical elements including audio, lighting, staging, video & I-Mag when appropriate
· Manage speakers on site
· Order radios when appropriate
· Create staffing plan for events
· Insert technical cues into scripts
· Manage set-up and tear down, including labor
· Research, hire and manage entertainment when appropriate
· Produce and “call the show” at events
· Conduct wrap-up meetings with clients
· Conduct all business with the utmost honesty, integrity and sensitivity
· Other Webster Group tasks as assigned
