Celebrate the start of summer with the July Breaker at the National Harbor!

Take a break and come enjoy a little summer fun on the West Pier surrounded by the scenic Potomac River with captivating views of Downtown D.C. and Old Town Alexandria in the background.

Lounge in a beach chair, tour the yacht, sip a refreshing cocktail, chat it up with fellow ISES members and enjoy the sights and sounds of summer.

ISES 10+ Members - Arrive early for an exclusive reception in your honor starting at 5:00pm on the Miss Ann! (The Miss Ann will be docked at the West Pier.)

Summer Fun Highlights:

  • Welcome Aboard Miss Ann -- Washington's newest historic site.
    Built in 1927, this classic fantail yacht is new to the Washington area. Listed on the National Historic Registry, Miss Ann is beautifully restored with rich wood interior and open-air top deck. Join us for our Sunset Reception and be among the first to experience the elegant era of luxury yachting aboard this 127-foot vintage yacht.

  • Win Prizes at the Membership Drive! Renew your membership or join for the first time at the Breaker and earn a chance to win a prize from the Balloon Dart Board provided by Talk of the Town.

  • Shuttle service from the King Street Metro to National Harbor will be provided by Linder & Associates, between 5:30 - 9:30 PM. Convenient parking in lot near National Plaza or in Fleet Parking Garage.
