I am a 2008 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America's bachelor's program. I majored in baking and pastry arts management and have worked in many bakeries, chocolatiers, and restaurants that have tested my knowledge in the industry. I am now at the point in my life where I would like to get involved with front of the house and feel that event planning would be a perfect fit for me. I am detail oriented, extremely organized and can not settle for anything less than perfection. |
