Dale Harmon has been a member of ISES for over 20 years, the entire time a member of the Greater Washington DC chapter.    Dale has held most board positions over the years and was chapter president in 1996.    He has been a member of the president’s circle advisory board since it was created in 2002.  Dale served almost 10 years on the international board of governors and was elected ISES international president for the 2005 term.     

For many years, Dale has assisted with the Washington DC foster children holiday gift drive.   

This year, Dale has stayed involved with the capital awards and the nominations committee.     On the international level, Dale has served on and been the chair of several international committees, ISEF/Search Foundation, and last year served as the chair of the 2007 Event World annual conference in Montreal.    Currently Dale serves as the ISES representative on the board of the convention industry council and is the chair of the international relations committee.

During his almost 11 years at plants alive! Inc. In Washington, dale has won many capital awards along with his first esprit award this past year in Montreal.   In 2002, Dale was awarded the rental professional of the year award from Event Solutions Magazine
